How long do I have to return a product for a refund?From the date of original purchase, you will have 30 days to apply for a return for a refund.

How do I ship back a product for a refund?While we welcome returns, we do not cover the costs associated with return shipping unless it's required due to our own error. If we determine that to be the case, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label by email and cover any postage back to us.

How long does it take a refund to process?Refund will be issued back to the original payment source. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be dedicated from the refund amount. Please note that is may take 2-5 business days for credit to appear in your account after your return has been processed.

Are there any exclusions?The following products cannot be returned: - Products that have been physically or aesthetically damaged or modified during installation - Special orders, i.e. any item that is not normally found in our online catalog

I bought something during a sale, but the price didn't change?If you ordered during the course of a sale but failed to apply a coupon code, we will gladly refund the difference if asked to do so. We offer a 48-hour grace period on the discount for those who ordered before a sale.

Will you price match?We will match any competitor's price on any in-stock products as long as we can verify that what they are advertising isn't an error, is authentic, and is brand new. If you find a lower price somewhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price where you found it and we will do our best to match the price. Send us a link to jacob@gerkdesigns.com. Items being price matched must be on identical items. The product must have the same brand, part number, options, identical in every way. The competitor must have a physical location for their business. The price matched item must be in stock and ready to ship or pick up. No other coupons or discounts can be used in combination with a price match. Items price matched must be brand new and in the box. We do not price match items on auction sites or personal classified ads such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.

What does the warranty cover?Our warranty covers manufacturer defects of our products function, parts, and finish. If something stops working correctly, or becomes blemished without being caused from damage or improper install, we will replace the part or repair it for you. The eligible warranty time frame varies depending on the individual products, so refer back to the product listing page for specific details. Our warranty does not cover, or reimburse for install labor costs associated with replacing a product, but only applies to the product itself. All warranties are non-transferable and are only applicable to the original purchaser. WARNING DISCLAIMER: GerkDesigns does not provide any explicit or implicit warranties regarding the ability of the products being sold to protect the purchaser or user from potential harm or fatality. Engaging in racing is inherently perilous, and it is the responsibility of the user to assess the appropriateness and safety of the product for its intended purpose. How do I make a warranty claim?Please reach out to us directly to help identify the issue. If we determine the part needs to be replaced after troubleshooting, we will assist you in creating the warranty claim and sending out the replacement parts. Depending on the part, we may provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the damaged or non-working part for further inspection.

Does the warranty cover any labor or other expenses?All warranties cover the product itself. Due to the range of variables, neither we nor the product's manufacturer will be held responsible for any addition costs (labor, installation, rental cars, downtime, etc.)

How are warranty replacements shipped?US Customers: All replacement parts will be shipped ground at no charge to you. Foreign Customers: You will be responsible for all shipping costs/duties. Expedited shipping: We are happy to accommodate you, but will charge actual shipping costs for expedited shipping.

How do I get a shipping quote?For a shipping quote, please create an account and proceed through the checkout process on our website. Before you submit an order or provide any billing information, the website will display all available shipping methods & costs. All import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are to be paid by the recipient. Such fees are not included in the shipping or product cost. While common, we are unable to accommodate requests to falsify customs or tax documents with lower declared or "gift" values.

What happens if there are no tracking updates, or the updates stopped?No Updates at All: Even if a package has been picked up, sometimes the carriers won't scan the label until it reaches the first sorting facility. During peak season / times, this often gets worse, but don't worry, it doesn't mean the package is really lost. Oftentimes it will end up being delivered before any updates appear online. Stopped Updating: Please contact the carrier with your tracking number and provide notice that something seems wrong. Oftentimes, they can initiate a trace for the package and keep it moving. All shipping labels are generated electronically according to the address information given with your order.

What if my parts are missing, or I received the wrong parts?We will work together with you to help ensure that you receive what you ordered. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery. (No, we can't help if you just got around to that project you planned back in 2014!)

What is the compliance for these parts?Many of the products sold here are designed for and intended for off-road use only. Federal and State laws may prohibit the removal, modification or modification of any device or design element affecting safety on a road-going vehicle. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of certain parts may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. We take no responsibility for the individual customer's application of such products as all products are sold for off-road use only for racing or show vehicles.
